KCTS is excited to announce "Kodai Kaala Kondattam" scheduled on May 8th 2010.

Kodai Kaala Kondattam is a multi-cultural program that includes dance, songs, drama, etc. for all ages. Patrons are encouraged to participate. Please see the rules below. For specific questions regarding the cultural program, please email Mrs. Sindhu Lakshman at cultural@kctamilsangam.org

We humbly invite volunteers to signup for dishes that will be served during dinner. This will serve well with those involved, as the volunteers can showcase their cooking skills, and at the same time they can attain a sense of satisfaction. Patrons can either donate the food or get paid for their expenses in preparing the food items. Directions will be emailed after you sign up. For those go-getters, get involved in the Pongal (Sweet or Ven) Cooking Competition on the day of this cultural event. For all visitors and patrons of Kodai Kaala Kondattam:

   In an effort to make this program a success, all patrons are expected to comply with the following:

      1. All participants, irrespective of age, should be members of KCTS. No exceptions.
      2. Make sure the participation requirements are confirmed and discussed with the Cultural Coordinator.
      3. Kids and adult participants are wanted to come back stage only when requested.
      4. Stay in your seats, support co-participants and enjoy the program.
      5. Two programs per participant. Solo programs are 3-min and try to prevent if possible.
      6. Food tokens given at the door are required to get dinner.
      7. Food or drinks ARE NOT allowed within the auditorium.
      8. Pick and clear the trash before exit.
      9. Parents are responsible for their kids. Make sure your kids are supervised by an adult.
      10. All Patrons presence are allowed only at auditorium, cafeteria, restrooms and change rooms.
      11. Only KCTS members are covered by KCTS insurance.

      Alert!!!
      There are limitations on insurance coverage to patrons or their family members or friends. This is based on the covered area by binding with KCTS insurance bindings. Kindly ensure that all your kids remain under close supervision.
